eetings! I'm Marcia Esau, a dedicated Technical Laision. Passionate about cultivating talents that power organizational success through impactful IT, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, VoIP, Pbx, strategies. 

In my current position as a Technical Laision I assumed responsibilities in March 2019, my responsibility is to advocate for the needs of business personnel to technical planning groups in IT. working closely with the business community, gaining insights into how operations function. Identifying improvement opportunities and define technical requirements for hardware or software solutions. I also engage with everyone from hands-on employees to executives, ensuring accurate data for informed decision-making.



I am highly motivated individual who is perfectly equipped to work very dedicatedly on any project I’m assigned to. I also love working in groups and I feel that I have a good leadership skill.
I have team buildings qualities. I like to express myself humbly and assertively whenever taking part in any activity. I'm also a quick learner when it comes to task.

As my journey unfolds, I am eager to explore opportunities in Technical/IT Roles. I am ready for the next chapter in my HR adventure.
