About Mapule Thipe:

Dear Sir/Madam
I hereby wish to apply  for the administrator clerk position.
My interests in the position is that it is aligned with my Bachelors Degree in Administration which I did at the University of Free State  as well as my Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language in which I did at Stellenbosch University. I plan to complete my Honors in Business Administration as soon as I have the financial means to do so.
My 2years experience at City of Johannesburg Parkhurst Clinic  as an administrative assistant has allowed me to work closely with different stakeholders. 
Furthermore, it has given me a broad experience in office administration in terms of  clerical duties in record keeping, filling, dealing with ordering, receipt, storage and control of stock supplies that is in line with Supply chain management and capturing of  data.
My responsibilities at City of Johannesburg Parkhurst clinic were:  management of patient records, retrieval of patients files, management of booking systems, compilation and capturing of waiting time and DHIS systems these systems being used through your Microsoft Excel.
The quality patient services with regards to priority stationery, monthly verification of assets in terms of checklists, monthly reports submissions, daily registering of Covid 19 vaccination and daily monitoring of telephone usage and recording. 
I believe that I’ll be an asset to your company as I work very well with people and I strive to be organized. I believe that in order for a system/organization to work, all parts are needed to meet joint goals.

Experience
