My name is Manish Kumar. I have a very good knowledge and experience in the food & beverage service department as I am currently working with Coastlands Hotel, Umhlanga as a Restaurant Manager position. I have completed my Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology with almost 6 years of experience (which included 2 years of experience in a five star luxury hotel) seeking for the best job opportunity in a progressive restaurant with a view to use and develop my professional skills and abilities in order to achieve management objectives. I have also completed my 17 weeks of Industrial training in all departments (Food & Beverage Service, Food Production, Housekeeping, Front Office) at the InterContinental Hotel. I have a vast knowledge of  the hotel/restaurant field that will be helpful in my job performance. Please do have a look.
