I am currently acting as Fleet Specialist in post office. My current position is Administrator. I completed the Diploma in Logistics Management with University of Johannesburg in 2010, I have Certificate of Inventory Management with SAPICS and I was busy with the Diploma in Advanced Business Management with University of Johannesburg which I did not complete due to finances. The other in-house certificates will be added on Curriculum Vitae.
Experience
I worked as Senior Administrative Officer, compiling management contractor’s monthly reports for statistic graphs of 39 National Line Haul routes to show the operational performance. Monthly and daily inventory report of mini containers, roll containers, letter bags, shrink wraps, pallets and trays to know total on operation and controlling inventory for all six national regions in SAPO.
Currently in Transport and Logistics Department as Fleet Specialist, with effect from 01 May 2015. Responsible to pay NMP Holdings; MT Express; AVIS, KEMPSTON, Criterion, Manhand monthly invoices nationally/regions; responsible to make sure that new vehicles will be delivered to Business Unit as requested; obtaining quotations from service providers for new vehicles; handling traffic fines and capturing of Bad Driving report on Remedy system; making sure that trucks are build according to certain specification to comply with the requirement of OHSA 1993; vehicle ordering and termination process and also analysing Clients Vehicle Reports (CVR); creation of new vehicles on master data & termination of old vehicles on SAP system and analyse reassessments/restructures changes of contracts; and Filing documents according to ISO requirements.
