I have vast experience in stakeholder engagement, socio-risk management, community development and SMME development. Multi-lingual professional who is passionate about transformation, change management, diversity and with sound understanding of BBBEE codes. Specialist with a proven record in formulating and implementing strategies to achieve the BBBEE targets and strengthen relations. I head up the division segment within the TWK Group, providing support and development to smallholder farmers. I manage the sourcing process of grant funding for the smallholder farmers growth and have a staff compliment of 10 reporting directly to me.
