Mandi holds an Honours degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. She is a seasoned professional with vast experience in financial management from leading the Travel & Expense department in a large corporation to identifying opportunities for growing and developing a team.  She is passionate about driving efficiency and compliance towards policies and procedures.

A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, supported by deep knowledge and experience in contract management, stakeholder management, travel management, people management, financial reporting, governance, and compliance.

I have more than 10 years of experience working in the Travel and Expense environment, being responsible for leading business process improvement and SAP Concur enablement initiatives, including implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP Concur. I have a strong background in business process improvement and SAP Concur enablement initiatives, including system administration and configuration, as well as experience in a managerial role, preferably in a technical or financial systems environment.
