My name is Monde Theo also known as Maligan. I have worked in the Casino industry Tables Department since 2000, I started as a trainee dealer and worked my way up the leader to Supervisor, Pit Manager and Tables Manager in my experience.

I'm mostly excited and passionate about helping develop young dealers and supervisors/inspectors on a daily basis. I always try to conversate using my coaching skills to better their skills and strive to be the best of themselves.

I have worked in Gqeberha, which is my home town. I have worked in West Africa, The Gambia and Sierra Leone and worked for 8 years until June 21, 2022 in Johannesburg.

In conclusion, I have always love and enjoyed providing a service that can make Guest and Clients smile. I always get satisfaction when I see them come back to the unit and enjoy themselves.

A challenging and yet I have enjoyed seeing the development and growth that I've gone through. Dealing with customer and staff disputes, compliance, surveillance, cash desk, customer service, vip guest service, food and beverage, cleaners and security. Daily running of the pits which includes hourly counts, staff breaklist, winners and losers, fills and credits, cards and reporting.
