• Microbiology techniques such as spread plate, pour plate and streaking

• Knowledge of pathogenic testing (Listeria, Salmonella, S.aureus, B.cereus, E. coli)

Confirmation tests such as staphylase test, salmonella test and oxidase test

• Proficiency testing (food and water samples)
