My name is Mahlodi Judith Mmula, I am Time and Attendance Administrator. I have 5 years plus of significant, progressive experience within the aviation industry and I am currently working as IR/HR Officer, we are recruiting a Blue Collar employees for Distribution Centre and Administrating the employees life span with the company. I have learned more about myself and have seen that I can work as a team and individual. During my time with the current company I have acted as HR Business Partner for a period of 5 months. I have learned more about HR, how to work not only with staff a little better but how to work with management on a more managerial level. I have completed Diploma: Human Resources Management, Project Management and Information Technology.
