MAHLOATJIE MALAHLELA

I am a Masters degree holder in agriculture, currently responsible for quality assurance systems and food safety systems at 7 packhouses. I am a fast learner, a team player and my work ethics are exceptional. 

My agricultural degree, master’s degree and my current place of work has taught me a lot in terms of reviewing, monitoring and maintaining quality control programs. I have been trained in understanding quality protocols and customers complains protocols. Additionally, I hold current certifications in BRC food safety standards, BRC HACCP standards, and BRC internal audit, which ensures that my work will be never compromised. Moreover, I possess excellent communication skills, therefore, proficient in maintaining a healthy relationship with customers to provide the best of quality assurance services at all times. I am currently responsible for quality assurance management systems and compliance for seven packhouses, which helped me to improve my leadership skills, communication skills and also be able to identify training needs and provide internal training needed.
