I have been in the Customer Service industry for more than 15 Years. I have worked in both Retail and Corporate Sector. I love working with Clients be it  electronically, telephonically and Face to Face. I have in my line of work learnt communication , problem solving, analytical skills. Personally I have always been reliable and followed orders very well, I thrived in all positions I have upheld due to me following orders and my eagerness to learn from those who are more experienced than I was. I have always taken my positions seriously and company procedures to account when doing my work, I work well individually and in a team environment. I have never had conflicts at work and I believe in transparency and honesty. 

I would really be excited working  in any type of Customer Service Industry and for a company who thrive to provide their Customers with premium Service.

I have worked as a promoter , then got went to being a Call Centre Agent. I moved into Retail and worked as a Store Assistant which groomed me into becoming an Assistant Manager.

I am currently working as an Account Manager for an IT Reseller Company which I still enjoy very much. I have recently relocated to Ekurhuleni Municipality so I would love to find work in the surroundings.

I have a Call Centre Certificate and A+  Certified Professional.
