Establish and implement procurement strategies:
 Assist in developing a clear construction project health and safety procurement process.
 Finalize the construction project tender health and safety specifications and integrate them with procurement documentation.
 Provide and record construction project health and safety, hygiene, and design risk information to the Principal Consultant and other Consultants.
 Participate in construction project tender clarification meetings.
 Assist with the evaluation of tenders and verify the contractor(s) competencies, knowledge, and resources to carry out the works safely.
 Assist the Cost Consultant in the finalization of the construction project health and safety cost estimate/budget.
 Prepare construction project health and safety mobilization and access plans for the construction work.
 Assess samples, mock-ups, and products for construction projects, structural maintainability, and operability health and safety compliance.
 Manage and administer construction contracts and processes.
 Manage and administer project close-out.
