I have been working as an admin to the project Manager for just over 4 years. I started as an intern and got a permanent post after 12 months. I am passionate about learning new skills and I have completed a number of training courses. I have developed a strong skill set including in-depth data management expertise. I am eager to make full use of this in a larger working environment.
Experience
1. Ensure coordination of all project activities & project administration processes according to requirements.
2. Monitor filing database of projects and identifying project life milestones and tasks.
3. Coordinate project financials, budget administration, creation of purchase order, ensure invoices are in compliance with payment process, update, and track financials for project budget.
4. Coordinate meetings, taking minutes, distribute to all project team members. Ensure the flow of documentation ensuring all team members receive relevant information.
5. Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documentation is received and filed.
6. Assist the Section Commander with other related tasks and duties which may be assigned from time to time.
7. Prepare travelling and accommodation arrangements for Section Commander and preparation of claims after travelling.
8. Receive invoices and verification of documents before payment processing.
9. Render secretarial and administrative support functions to the Section Head
10. Type reports, letters, memorandums and monitor flow of documents to the office of the Director.
11. Manage the diary, receive and host of Visitors of the Director
