o Extensive experience in Installation, Configuring, and Maintenance of Enterprise level Oracle (10gR2, 11gR2, 12c, 19c, RA, Exadata) databases. o Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps tool chain and DevOps processes for agile projects and working experience in OCI, OPC, ELK Stack o Experienced with all facets of Oracle DBA day-to-day activities like production, database monitoring, RMAN, Cloning, Troubleshooting production issues, and Physical Database Design. o Benchmark products and analyze, present competitive data for cloud platform and services o Work closely with Development Leads/Architects on designing/implementing code optimizations. o Perform in-depth analysis of performance issues to identify hotspot and opportunities for optimization. o Act as a thought leader to enable adoption of best design practices at the early stages of the new product/feature’s implementations o Provide technical consulting and mentoring to team members on optimization techniques and on performance engineering skills and process. o Active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures o Defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems. o Extensive performance tuning experience in Very Large Multi-Terabyte Databases (VLDB) and complex multitier application environments o Monitor Oracle database, SQL queries and PL/SQL while running the load for CPU utilization, storage IOPS, Storage KBs, IO Wait Percentage, AWR reports, etc. and finding out the issues within database. o Good knowledge of MAA best practices and implementation experience.
