I have have experience over the few years in retail and call centre, going help desk and data capturing as well as technical support and sales experience and also have experience in administration for a small company called isandi for six month and quality accessor for a year to make sure agents are following the protocol and legal compliance. And I am currently working as customer services adviser for webhelp going the following: tracking  orders  and delivery, chasing refunds, placing calls if necessary to the stores and other departments.
