I am soon-to-be mathematical graduate (2024) majoring in Statistics and Operations Research at University of Limpopo. I want to work as a data scientist in the future because of the love and passion that I have for Mathematics and Statistics, I am also willing to learn more other skills that will benefit me in the future as a data scientist.

As a Mathematical Statistical student at University of Limpopo, following data science path was always my first career goal since I have realised that my strength and passion is in solving mathematical problems, identifying patterns, and interpreting data results. I use most of my free time to train myself in organising, summarising and interpreting dataset from Kaggle using both Python and Microsoft Excel so that I can draw valid conclusions as well as making reasonable decisions. I have also participated in ICT training from University of Limpopo to enhance my computer literacy skills which covered Introduction to Internet, Internet and Emails, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

In addition to my skills about data science, I have also participated in Dataquest event from University of Limpopo and awarded certificate of participation in taking part at the Dataquest event, acquired basic digital literacy skills and presented a project on 15 October 2022. I have introduced myself to Python, where I used Jupyter Notebook interpreter to clean and organize data using Pandas library and visualize data using Matplotlib library.
