About Lynia Hermanus:

I am a hardworking, ambitious, goal driven person and I strive to succeed in everything I do. I enjoy the process of Production planning  and am interested in doing Operations management and Procurement courses but until then I am now focusing on gaining as much experience in Production as I can and I am very open to growth.

Experience

I have been with my current employer for almost 12 years. I started as a general worker in 2010 and then worked my way up from there. In 2015 I applied for a quality control position within the company until I was promoted to Production Supervisor at the end of the same year. As a Production Supervisor I realized what my passion was but then I had to shift to a Sales Position also within the company because the packhouse Production was moved to a branch in a different area and I was unable to relocate.
