Lynette Madihlaba

Currently employed as an Investigator in the public sector. I have  over 5 years experience in conducting investigations and effecting enforcement, specialising in B-BBEE. My duties include conducting investigations and effecting enforcement, recommending and guiding the resolution of disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism, conducting site visits, managing case records, recommending referrals to other regulatory and/or law enforcement institutions, and reporting on cases allocated. 

I have a Bachelors Degree obtained at the University of Pretoria where I majored in Business Management, Public Administration and International Relations and an Honours Degree majoring in Research, Financial Management, Personnel Management and Policy Analysis. I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate in Governance, Risk and Compliance Management. I have been accepted to study for a Masters Degree at the University of Johannesburg in 2022.
