As an Assistant Student Administrator, I developed my organizational and administrative capabilities, contributing to the smooth functioning of academic processes. In the role of Assistant Programme Advisor for Value Creation, I learned to think creatively and critically, devising innovative approaches to improve program outcomes.Additionally, my experience as a Digital Customer Care Consultant has provided me with a keen insight into online marketing trends, social media engagement, and customer relationship management. My proficiency in digital platforms, combined with my passion for delivering exceptional service, has allowed me to foster strong connections with clients and enhance brand loyalty.
