As a qualified Montessori teacher with 9 years’ experience in early childhood settings, I apply with enthusiasm for this position. 

 I would very much like to be a part of your school where I can put my skills and education to good use. I have received the necessary training from the College of Modern Montessori training center where I received my ECD diploma and studied basic Child Psychology. I was appointed as the Head of the Preschool in 2017 where I am currently in position.

I believe it vital that children are offered meaningful opportunities to individuals to develop their potential, enabling them to step out into the world as responsible, engaged, competent, and respectful, citizens with an understanding and appreciation that life is real. The Montessori approach truly enables this.

I have the ability to maintain a safe and clean environment for students and to keep a watchful eye on the children at all times to help prevent accidents from occurring. I can observe the children and determine what they need based on their actions and the way they respond to the lesson plans. In addition, I will always treat all of my students in a friendly and respectful manner.

I have the training needed to provide a nurturing environment that helps to stimulate the growth of children. This type of environment helps to encourage participation and allows the children to explore different areas of learning. I am passionate about ECD, I started working as Montessori Directress in 2013 and in 2016 I was appointed as a Head of a Preschool.
Over the years I have shown vigorous growth and led my team with integrity and professionalism. I am highly flexible, and an effective listener, and possess good problem-solving skills. 

 I have a National Diploma in ECD (Level 5), specializing in the Montessori Education Method, Grade R Diploma (Level 6), NQF ( Level 4), and a short course in Basic Child  Psychology.
