I am a very proficient and goal driven lady. I have experience in customer service, for almost 2 years. I have an elastic mind which makes it easier for me to absorb information and adapt to different environments. 

Experience

My first job was at Dash BPO, I worked for an international campaign as a customer service advisor.
I recently worked with AFRIZAN INTELLIGENCE PEOPLE, under a campaign called Showmax. I assisted customers through chats, emails and outbound calls.

Education

I completed my matric in 2021.
I am currently studying operations management, part time.
