I am on my 12th year working in hospitality industry and currently second in charge in an Italian Pizza and Pasta cuisine called Panarottis in Eastrand mall South Africa, we make turnovers of around million rand a month on average and I am part of the team that makes that possible. Experience

Duties: Develop, implement and manage stock control systems. 

- Daily management of staff roster 

- Daily, weekly and monthly stock taking 

- Reconcile daily cash ups and banking 

- Ordering of stock and keeping healthy stock controls 

- Sourcing of all suitable staff members. 

- Conducting interviews of prospective suitable candidates 

- Keeping good relations with suppliers 

- Generating invoices, reports and payroll. 

- Budget planning and target implementation 

- Arranging client functions 

- Handling Customer queries, tracking, follow up and feedback. 

- Training of old, new staff and waitrons. 

- Planning and organising weekly staff shifts. 

- Compiling and sending weekly reports.
