I have been into hospitality for almost a decade now I’ve been working as barista and mixologist and main bar men at the snooty fox restaurant at the Fern Hill Hotel and now current the main barmen at the Garlingtons restaurant in Hilton I also specialise in coffees and mostly cocktails

I have a college dimploma of food and beverage I studied at the fern hill hotel training college , and also N4 and N5 of tourism management from Msunduzi TVET College
