Experience
Answer and direct calls in a friendly and polite manner.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of guest requested.
• Make accommodation reservations.
• Maintain reception area.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, as well as a general office filling system.
• Walk guests throughout the whole plot, providing them with important info about what the plot has to offer.
• Full accountability for bookkeeping from all booking engines.
• Provision of monthly reports to the owner and his PA (including all costs, income, and expenses)
