An Summary of my experience in Sales in all the various positions held and maintained:
Contacting prospective clients, assessing their requirements and then selling them the companies products and services that match their needs. Responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
Working as part of the sales team to develop both new and exciting markets. Involved in developing sales & pricing strategies. Liasing with customers & the dealer network to answer and resolve their queries. Continuous contacting of both exciting and prospective clients by phone or email, to identify the clients needs.
Identifying and then researching potential leads and opportunities. Constantly developing existing sale processes which will generate sustainable growth. Developing Customer portfolio is key to collecting all the information required to create a request for an estimate.
Maintaining and writing accurate & informative sales reports and documentation is important for every sales person.
Dealing with a diverse range of clients in the private and public sector. Evaluating competitor activity and developing appropriate response. Attending sales appointments at client's premises. Attending trade shows and exhibitions when required. Cold calling potential clients via telephone or personal visit. Make appointments to meet new and existing clients.
