I have over 10 years of experience in the training field. I have been a participant in a broad range of projects.  I executed a number of different projects from the planning stages to the end. I have great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner that makes it easy to work as a liaison between senior managers and employees.I have experience preparing documents, creating reports, estimating costs and determining risk factors for projects. I also have the ability to assist in completing projects within the time allotted. I am self-motivated, organized.I can meet tight deadlines and I have the experience  needed to work in a high stress environment.
