Lorato Sedumedi

I am law graduate as I have recently completed my LLB at the University of Free State. I am currently seeking articles in the pursuit of one day being an admitted attorney.

I'm an intelligent, and driven individual who is accustomed to working under pressure and is capable of handling a heavy workload. Obtaining my qualification on record time attests to my diligence, commitment and willingness to put in effort to achieve my goals. In addition, during the course of my degree I have gained great skills in research, analysing, attention to detail and being able to provide innovative solutions to problems. I believe that I am a person who easily adapts to new environments and can work well with teams and individually. Moreover, I am an individual who always takes initiative and goes above and beyond to achieve the intended goal. 

The above shows that I am a well-rounded candidate. However, I believe that my full potential can be reached under great guidance.

I have recently completed my studies and have not yet build a professional work experience portfolio. However, I have worked for the University of Free State as a peer mentor and for KovsieTv as a content researcher for the current affairs segment. I have also worked for Sivuyile Mentorship Academy as a Head Financial Officer. The skills I've gained from these experiences include being able to manage workload, doing things out of my comfort zone, developing my communication skills and being able to do more than is required from me to reach the goal. 

Currently my highest education is an LLB degree. It is a very broad degree in which I can excel anywhere. However, I believe I will thrive more in a legal department as that will assist in shaping my law career.
