• Assisting with claim inquiries, patient maintenance, checking if claims had been captured correctly under company compliance, confirmation of details, escalating queries to relevant department. Ensure first call resolution and SLA is met, forwarding queries to relevant department for resolution. Claim analysis Knowledge of other Medscheme and auxiliary systems
