 I am currently working as the Technical Program Director for an international NGO to implement a South-Africa School Based Sexuality Education and HIV Prevention Activity. The program is supporting the Department of Basic Education to implement Comprehensive Sexuality Education(CSE) through the use of Scripted Lesson Plans(SLPs) by Life Skills (LS) and Life Orientation (LO) educators in seven South African provinces aiming to reduce new HIV infections amongst vulnerable youth with DBE designated schools and communities and linking youth for SRH services. My experience in public health, private, NGO sector prepared me for this post. My 20 years working experience in the public health, private and NGO sector combined, qualifications, passionate and understanding the needs about SRH services have prepared me for this position. South Africa is a multilingual and multicultural country and understanding one's culture and language is critical in program implementation. My ability to speak nine South African languages makes it easy for me to communicate with all the various stakeholders I work with. The relationships built with stakeholders in seven provinces will assist in smooth start of the program. I am hardworking and believes in team work, paying attention to details and meeting targets and set deadlines. Based on the above motivation I believe, I am suited for this position and can be a great asset for the organisation

Worked as a professional nurse at a public hospital. Later moved to medical aid industry as a disease case manager and finally to NGO sector supporting the Department of Health and Department of Education to implement HIV and AIDS programme for Key population and priority populations.
