I am currently working as an Office Administrator in a Mechanical & Electrical Engineering company. This role has granted me the opportunity to expand my financial skills as I am responsible for tasks critical to the efficient operation of the company. Accountable for carrying out various functions including but not limited to invoicing, pricing, reconciling statements, processing credit notes, allocating payments to relevant accounts and engaging with customers on any queries they might have.
I am a problem solver and intelligent worker by nature. I take price in my work, maintaining an optimistic mind - set and motivated outlook. I possess effective interpersonal skills and enjoy participating and collaborating in group efforts. By taking on secondary functions, I have gained a better understanding of the skills needed to meet a fundamental criterion of a role in finance and administration.
