• Sampling of raw materials and finished product 
• Taking readings 
• Weighing of raw materials to be used for blending 
• Packing filled 5L pales into pallets 
• Wrapping pallets using wrapping machine 
• Labelling pales for filling 
• Ensuring the plant is kept clean all the time

• Sampling of raw materials , storage  and blending tanks 
• Taking readings 
• Offloading road tanks and is tanks into storage tanks 
• Loading  road tanks 
• Using weight bridge for incoming and outgoing trucks 
• Blending various type of product using batch meter 
• Transferring blends to storage tanks and dipping storage tanks 
• Washing/cleaning blending tanks preparing for new blend 
• operating boiler and compressor 
• Fixing steam traps
• Operating filling and sealing process machine for 1L and 5L 
• Filling – IBC , DRUMS AND 1L to 20L PALES 
• Driving forklift – using 2 and 4 grapper for moving drums and moving pallets 
• Ensuring the plant is kept clean all the time
