I am a BSc Quantity Surveying graduate. I completed my studies at the University of KwaZulu Natal. I have one year and five months  experience in construction on a residential project and an alterations to a Straddle Carrier Workshop project at Grinaker-LTA and Transnet Capital Projects respectively. Furthermore I worked at the Ethekwini Municipality Real Estate Department . I assisted in costing, coordinating, planning and organising a wide range of construction and real estate administrative tasks amongst other duties.

I have attention to detail, ability to cope and work under pressure, have ability to multitask and manage conflicting demands, and with the ability to work proactively in a complex and busy office environment. I am confident that I have the knowledge and the skills to fulfil the position of a Quantity Surveyor. I am eager to enhance and refine my cost and contract management within an organisation and  take on the  industry challenges that lie ahead. I will endeavour to effectively perform  all tasks as required and maintain a standard as defined by the organisation,  as I possess good communication skills. I am Microsoft Word, Excel and Project literate and possess a driver's licence. It is my aim to be a  team player and a valuable individual that is directly involved in the success of an organisation.
