• Ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Ensure court/ registry/ counsel and own hearing files are indexed and paginated and all pleadings complete.
• Conducting basic trade internet investigations and instructing investigators.
• Handling client relations.
• Answering telephone calls and taking detailed messages.
• Preparing and drafting of schedules, preparing standard letters of demand, agreements/undertakings, objections, cost estimates, etc.
• Liaising with local sheriffs, from time to time, Judge’s clerks, and Trade Mark Office personnel
Education
I have a Baccalaureus Artium in Psychology and Baccalaureus Artium Honores specialising in Criminology, both obtained at the University of Pretoria. I also completed a Lexis Nexis course for Conveyancing Assistants in 2024
