Experience

Finance Admin experience of 12 years. Experience as a Debtors & Creditors Clerk. High level of capturing, allocating, processing, matching, coding of Invoices. Detailed orientated. Currently working on External Debt Review Accounts, allocating, processing payments and reconciliations of accounts per client, Processing and Compiling Commission Reports Monthly per External Debt Counsellor’s accounts.  SAP experience raising of Invoices and Purchase Orders. Matching Invoices to Purchase Orders, capturing monthly invoices and process payment recons.  EFT payments. Allocating Funeral Claims. Internal & External Query box, transfer & refund request processing upon investigation, Weekly Bank Reporting. Adhoc matters.

Education

Certificate in Fundamental Accounting. 

Certificate in level 1 Business Analysis.
