  • Daily duties include but not limited to managing day-to-day IT operations, planning and executing IT Projects, Monitoring and performing maintenance on all desktops, laptops, printers, physical and virtual servers.
  • Ability to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices with related applications.
  • Administrated users, groups, permissions, print and remote access, email, back up and restoration of data and software.
  • Oversee employee work schedules and ensure adequate coverage and control.
