As an experienced and passionate Contracts Administrator for the last 15 years, I am excited to open myself up to an

 Reporting to Director of Corporate Relations 
 Scheduling Meetings 
 Main functions: 
 New Contract Drafting 
 Contract Renewals & Negotiations including CPI increases & Margins - 
Current 111 Contracts spreading over 208 sites nation wide. 
 Completing Legal documentation 
 Tender Compilation 
 Reporting – Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annually 
 Contract Processing – Monthly basis 
Duties include: 
 Contract renewals 
- Re-costing of Contracts 
- Liaising with logistic service provider for quotes on Test trucks 
- Liaising with customers regarding equipment on site 
- Liaising with the Health & Safety division and customers to 
confirm all site access requirements. 
 Drafting of new SLA’s 
 Contract amendments 
 Responding to costing queries from Sasco Associates and 
 Reporting on Month to Date Contracts processed 
 Tender Compilation 
 Monthly updates on completed project jobs.

 Ensuring Contract Database is updated at all times. 
 Create, log, and issue all contract job cards when due 
 Follow up and keep track of all purchase orders for signed 
 Update Sasco associates with all contract job cards due on a 
monthly basis. 
 Prepare and maintain reports such as Contract Base Flash, 
Associate Rates, Job card Report, Health & Safety Updates, 
Signed SLA list for Call Centre and Meeting Reports 
 Create customer contract movement reports. 
 Tracking of contract verification dates 
 Attend to all contract PO & Scheduling queries, from 
customers and Sasco Associates
