In my role as Technician at Instelec Services I performed full testing on protection panels, individual modules, switch gear and various panels and installations. I liaised with municipalities and private companies to ensure project deadlines. During my tenure I quickly progressed to the point where most of the panels and units leaving the factory would only do so once signed off by me. 

At EPLAN Software and Services I provided project-based assistance on electrical schematics, training on the various platforms, technical support and technical demonstrations of the product line. I have achieved certifications in EPLAN Electric P8, Pro Panel and Fulid and have also developed new training routines and procedures. 

With Macrocomm I assist and conduct in field installations on both smart electrical and water meters as well as provide data analytics. I conduct site visits and assist with proposals on future projects and ways to improve current installations. I work with the development team to develop new procedures for new technologies that we plan on integrating.
