A motivated and personable student pursuing a BA in Public Management and Governance at the University of Johannesburg. I am a student and looking for a part time job due to the fact that I would like to build skills and experiences early in my career so that when I obtain my qualification I am work ready and backed with experience. Experience

I worked at a call centre where I developed  a skill of answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. I handled inbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.
