I'm 19, started my own business last year in june and yes I'm all about improvement and hardwork

I have master skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 ,communication when it comes to customers, leadership skills ,PC hardware and software and many more.

A great entrepreneur must be able to effectively communicate, sell, focus, learn, and strategize. An ability to continuously learn is not just a key entrepreneurial skill, but also a very valuable life skill. Growing a business requires a sound strategy based on inherent business sense and skills.I perform customer service duties, such as manning the front office desk, greeting guests, and answering phone calls. I also handle administrative tasks, including managing schedules and setting appointments. Receptionists must also have a good attitude and show attention to detail.I have done many roles as I was just beginning I had no money to hire employees  , I gained knowledge and experience in every position and that is how I ended up studying IT, website Development and computer networking. 

I am Enthusiastic and performance-driven IT Technician with 1 years of experience providing professional technical support to clients and maintaining hardware and software.

I also have certifications in compTIA A +, compTIA cloud, ITIL 4 fundamentals at Alison college. 

I passed my matric with a bachelor's degree at tersia king learning academy  school.
