My experience as a Labour Relations officer at Mamelodi Regional Hospital has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of Labour law and the proficiency to offer valuable support in Labour Law matters. During this time, I have successfully handled various Labour Relations cases, including the resolution of Grievance cases, Misconduct cases and the provision of Labour Relations support. 

Moreover, I have assisted in the promotion of sound employer and employee relations in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices. Additionally, I have facilitated the management of discipline, grievances, and dispute resolution while also conducting training and support for line management and employees on labour relations and legislation. Ensuring, monitoring compliance with labour law, and promoting positive relations with trade unions have been integral aspects of my role.

In my current capacity as an Insurance Claims Administrator, I have further improved my skills in efficient claims administration and accurate documentation. I take pride in my ability to collaborate effectively with insurance companies, clients, and legal teams to ensure the prompt and satisfactory resolution of claims. My adept investigative skills enable me to assess claim validity accurately.

I have over a year of experience as a Paralegal in Third party claims and a little over 3 years of experience as a Human Relation/Industrial Relations at a government institution.

I have a Diploma in Law.
