I have always been passionate about Mechanical engineering. This opportunity would allow me to deepen my knowledge and refine my skills in this area. I believe that the learnership/apprenticeship work experience would provide me with a unique and invaluable perspective on the industry and help me grow within it. 

I have previously worked in call centres since 2017 until currently, using these funds to take myself to school.

• Senior Retentions advisor: increase loyalty and customer retention by resolving customer complaints and implementing retention strategies.

2019-2022 SAMSUNG (EOH)

• Product Expert: demonstrate products to clients, provide makeup application and skin care consultations, and engage clients to ensure sales through targeted selling and exceptional customer service.

2022-2023 QUANTANITE

• Uber Logistics: analyze information to identify and solve any logistics and supply chain operation problems for their clients.

2023-2023 NUTUN

• Customer Service Representative: help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering suggestions for additional products and services.

2023-Till current HEARX

• Product Expert: demonstrate products to clients, provide makeup application and skin care consultations, and engage clients to ensure sales through targeted selling and exceptional customer service.
