I am a talented, skill oriented individual with skills and experience in HR Admin/Assistant , I am responsible for maintaining HR daily basics by delivering assistance and admirative support to HR advisors on various projects.
Experience
Throughout my experience journey as an HR Administrator. I have developed a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. I have gained hands on experience on HR related matter which have equipped me with a deep understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.
During my learnership as an HR Administrator at Lynca Meats, I had an opportunity to assist in various HR functions including conducting an interview, onboarding new employees, deal with absenteeism, abscondsions and IR related matters as well as managing employee records. This experience has honed my organizational and communication skills but has also encouraged me to pursue HR Qualification. I am confident that my work ethic, coupled with my passion for HR. With my strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR strategies.
