I've worked in the logistics industry for 6 as fleet controller,call center agent and a recovery agent.i sure that teams stay on planned route while tracking and monitoring them.i call stakeholders with Eta as well as access.i communicate with my team on a two way radio and text messages.i used Ctrack and car track to track vehicles
