LERATO CHIDI

I am a hard worker, very dedicated individual. I am always open to new challenges that will develop me as i am willing to teach and learn to grow myself and people around me. I have 4 years experience now in this field. I master communication, interpersonal and listening skills. I also excel in computer literacy.

I have worked as a Medical Secretary for the past 4 years now. The first work experience I gained at Sebokeng Hospital was for me to do my practical and learn more about what I have studied due to Covid-19 in March 2020 we had to be sent home as it was a danger for us to work in the environment as I was just an Intern. 

The year 2020 I joined the team at Kopanong Hospital of which it was a 2 year contract Internship and I would say that I have learnt a lot from that Hospital. I worked as a Secretary to the CEO and Clinical manager of the hospital including other managers such as Nursing Service Manager.

I worked at Kopanong Hospital until April 2022 and in May 2022 I started working at Chris Hani Baragwanth Hospital till date. I am one individual who likes to grow and adapt to new changes and environment and this was one of the accomplishment of working at Bara that i always wanted to attain in my life.

I started high school in 2011 until 2015 whereby I completed my Matric at Pele-Ya-Pele Secondary School. After completing my Matric I furthered my studies with Rostec Technical FET College where I studied Medical Secretary and completed my course and right now I am awaiting my National Diploma as I have filled the Log Book. 

I also enrolled with Unisa and did my Higher Certificate in Law and right now I am doing Bachelor of Commerce in Law.
