I am someone that believes that time is too precious to waste. This mindset had caused me to jump at many different opportunities, as to broaden my horizons. 

I studied Law, since I believe in balance (perhaps not justice as much). Because the South African law, limits one’s future, I did my Masters in International Law, to try and have a further reaching understanding of laws between countries. Due to circumstance, I have not had the opportunity to practice in my Master’s field, but it is an ongoing endeavour for me. 

I am very disciplined and do not require management, I am driven and have goals that I set for myself to achieve, short-term and long-term. I can be a leader and/or team player, should that be required, and understand the importance of using each individuals’ strong qualities in the group, as well as assisting them to develop their weaker traits. 

Currently I am practicing in medical negligence. I have learned to keep emotion out of my work and stay objective, but not lose empathy with each client in their respective cases. Over the past 5 years, I have attended for medical negligence claims on behalf of the patients, doctors, nurses, hospitals, clinics, medical equipment providers and insurers. 

Should it be required, I have no problem of relocating. 

Attending to all applications in the Department, along with running trials and attending pre-trials (all High court- Litigation, drafting of pleadings and notices, Court attendances, Trial preparations, Executions of Judgments etc), Legal Costs (Bills of Cost, drafting, taxations, settlement negotiations, calculations etc), consulting with clients and counsel, perusing and researching legal matters; negotiating settlements. My work currently entails medical negligence matters, unlawful arrest matters and some correspondent work and RAF on behalf of Plaintiff, Preparation of evidence and court documents, Provide legal advice, Disciplinary procedures within the workplace
