                : Respond promptly to incoming service  

                  Requests incidents

                : Provide high quality telephonic and remote  

                  support that will aid in the timeous 

                  resolution of service requests and incidents

 : Attending to issues logged through the 

   Mailbox, voice IVR and CRM Queues

 : Document all interactions with enterprise 

   Customers and troubleshooting steps in the

   TT system.

 : Facilitate Recons as a result of incidents
