I have previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Administrator at Public Health & Social Development Sectoral Bargaining Council and over the years, I have been exposed to different facets of training and development from the training needs analysis to the evaluation of training interventions.

• To render effective and efficient administration of dispute management services.
• Liaising with the panellist, scheduling and monitoring cases.
• Coordinate the departmental Bargaining Chamber meetings.
• Advice employees and management on Labour related issues.
• Provide secretarial/logistical support for the council meetings, task teams and committees.
• Prompt handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Capturing and scheduling of cases.

I have a great interpersonal and leadership skills which allow me to effectively lead and contribute in a dynamic and a multicultural team environment that adheres to process-oriented, configuration-managed development. I am also able to quickly grasp and apply training, assist teammates and clients in learning new skills and methods which includes the ability to work and respond effectively to diverse audiences of internal and external clients, exhibiting high production standards.
