As a skilled and highly educated National Diploma in Labour  Relations Graduate from Vaal University of Technology with an in-depth work experience in Government Sector, I believe that I can be of great value towards the growth of your organisation. I came across the job description on your company website, and was delighted to find that my academic accomplishments and work experience meet all of the necessary requirements. I have previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Administrator at Public Health & Social Development Sectoral Bargaining Council and over the years, I have been exposed to different facets of training and development from the training needs analysis to the evaluation of training interventions.
I am a thorough researcher with a knack for seeing patterns and determining the most important information. My time management and organizational skills are excellent allowing me to stay on task and meet deadlines while juggling a great deal of information.
My work experience and academic courses have strengthened my foundation in all relevant fields, including but not limited to:
• To maintain the efficient and effective resolution of dispute ensuring 100% compliance with the turnaround time.
• To render effective and efficient administration of dispute management services.
• Liaising with the panellist, scheduling and monitoring cases.
• Coordinate the departmental Bargaining Chamber meetings.
• Advice employees and management on Labour related issues.
• Provide secretarial/logistical support for the council meetings, task teams and committees.
• Prompt handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Capturing and scheduling of cases.
• Case screening. 
I have a great interpersonal and leadership skills which allow me to effectively lead and contribute in a dynamic and a multicultural team environment that adheres to process-oriented, configuration-managed development. I am also able to quickly grasp and apply training, assist teammates and clients in learning new skills and methods which includes the ability to work and respond effectively to diverse audiences of internal and external clients, exhibiting high production standards.
I bring strong verbal communication skills that include working one on one, in group presentation settings and have facilitation skills. With my written and communication skills I am able to generate proposals, contract guidelines, reports, budgets and routine correspondence. Finally, my excellent listening skills and customer responsiveness is essential and I would continually incorporate feedback, ideas and requests.
