I haave been i been in the customer service environment for 7 years whereby have developed good communication skills, good listening skills, , good written and verbal skills, to be patient, to work independently and as well as in a term, and to interact with people.
Experience
I worked for an emergency line of MTN 112, whereby I would take incoming life threatening call, and escalate them to relevant service providers. I was a 2ic whereby I ensured service level was meet in my team.
I work at the I.T department as a help desk, whereby I would assist in hardware and software issues, inperson and telephonically
