About Lawrence Moumakwe:

I am an individual who has passion for labour relations after working in this field for 7 years (2014-2021) as a Fulltime Shopsteward under CONCOR CONSTRUCTION. I excel in interpreting the Bargaining Council of Civil Engineering Industry ( BCCEI) main agreement. I have a sound and deep understanding of South African labour legislation including LRA, BCEA, OHSA, SDA, EEA and other related collective agreements. I am also highly experienced in the CCMA with impressive records to prove.

I am experienced in handling Disciplinary Enquiries, Grievances, Incapacity and Retrenchments consultations. I am extensively experienced in reducing absenteeism and abuse of sick leave. My knowledge in Union negotiations is very good.
