I have worked in England at the Grasshopper In and held the position of Executive Chef at Sun International. I have opened numerous hotels, in South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Nigeria, Rwanda and DRC. I was sent by Sun International to Italy to do a presentation on South African dishes and worked for mining and airlines catering companies.
